First start out with a fresh, cleansed eye, apply eyeshadow of your choice. Next, apply I-LINE 24-7 Eyeliner in Platinum Blonde over shadow at lash line from corner to corner on your upper lid and at outer corner on lower lash line. For added intensity, apply to your waterline. If you wish to smudge for a diffused look, do so within the first 15 seconds of application. Beautiful color
Such a beautiful color. At least on me, this goes on as a gorgeous platinum. I like this brightness smudged around the inner corners of my eyes. My only complaint is that the twisting mechanism broke within a week so I didn’t get to use it more than a few times.

Perfect for my best friend
I have extremely dark eyebrows and hair, so I gave this to my best friend and it looks great on her. She has light brown hair. It shimmers really well.
Great formula, wrong colour
I tried the product even though I knew the colour wasn’t for me because I wanted to see if the formula was good. I’m glad I tried it as it lasted ages. I just wish it had come in a more neautral colour. It just didn’t suit my skin tone as I’m mixed race and rather tanned. I would actually buy another colour though as I am actually lacking in the eyeliner department.
Pretty Color for Waterline
I use this eyeliner in my waterline. I soft enough to work this way. It could be a bit more pigmented, though, as the color is fairly muted.
Long lasting
This is a really long lasting eyeliner. I enjoyed the color as well.
To blonde
This is a great product.....however if the color would have been different I would have liked it better...
Pop!
I love this eyeliner! I have one already. So happy to get a backup. Perfect for water line and the inner corner of the eye. This liner gives you the pop you need to create a beautiful look.
